What a gratifying 4th of July marching with Claire and over 100 supporters in the Webster Groves Independence Day parade. The reception from the crowd could not have been more uplifting to our spirits.
Having participated in many parades in my day and many Webster Groves parades in particular, I have never seen such a positive response. It felt like a Norman Rockwell painting complete with applause and cheers.
